Placed a pick up order online and got an email that my order was ready. I get to the store not even an hour after I get the email (within the listed business hours btw) and the store is closed no sign nothing how exactly is that supposed to work??? Feel like I need a refund for the gas they just made me waste smh

Upon entering this location, I noticed it had expanded it's space since the last time I was there. The cashier was very pleasant & helpful in helping me select my hair products. It was very clean & organized. They offered a lot of B1G1 50% off deals at this location. There's plenty of parking around. I enjoyed the ease of finding what I was looking for. They have products that aren't for sale in traditional stores. Thank you Sally's for being a mainstay on Piedmont Rd, happy to see you all still thriving in the marketplace 🥰🙏🏼❤️

They jacked up the prices for Andis t-outlined cordless trimmer by about 100 dollars. Meanwhile that same trimmer is going for 120ish everywhere else. I wasn't paying attention and got ripped off. Beware. Alright, the brand new item didn't work. I tried to return it on the same day and get another one. Instead they refused. I explain i was a soldier and need it for work. Their customers support flat out told me to pound sand and go through the brand. I got my bank involved and dropped off the product where I bought it. Never again. Fraud like behavior from a large company is not a good look. FYI young lady at the store was super nice and compassionate.

Loving their nails. They had a wide variety of beautiful unique Press On nails and when you shop you will get a $10 coupon for anything in the store under $10 then you will receive 10 after every 50 spent, loving it

This company is horrible horrible and horrible. Sloppy inventory and customer service there is none. Close some of these stores and try to use your bird brain to run the remaining efficiently.
