Aracely and Elizabeth were super helpful with helping me pick out a new fun hair color. They were both very pleasant and knowledgeable and I was really happy with the choices they helped me make. I also purchased some shampoo and conditioner to help me shape my curls. Thanks ladies!

Was weird a guy was working who was okay but the issue is him being a guy me and my gf walk in , some of the women that were in were CLEARLY uncomfortable he was simply a man dressed as a woman. Moreover the women that did ask question needed help on things guys just can’t answer questions about and he wasn’t useful (overheard most as the store is tiny) the women need to be able to relate to other women. Not men playing as women, it’s 2025 idc what you do but jeez.

I love Sally beauty for produts and water bottles clips etc. However they won't let you return tools if not working right. And bags have no handles so boo for that but excellent staff very helpful. I do get shampoo conditioner and leave ins. Color etc but no tools

Zero was fantastic help!! I got pointed to the right products for my needs. That's the way it should be. Sally Beauty is a place you can go and have the guidance you need if you need it. They're not just there to ring people up. Zero is very helpful and knowledgeable and kind.

An employee of yours is publicly saying that if she assumes a customer is a "conservative" that they will be asked to leave the store. Is that standard policy or just this specific location? She is the older, pink hair lady
