Sally Beauty

Very odd behavior from one of the older ladies here. I told her I wanted bleach for my eyebrows and 1 million follow up questions ensued. “Why only your eyebrows? Why do you want to bleach your hair?” Etc etc. Then she told me they don’t have anything “safe” for eyebrows which I know isn’t true because I’ve bought a bleaching kit from this location before. Plus the box came with a small brush for my eyebrows. She clearly didn’t know what she was talking about. Then I asked her for color wax since they didn’t have bleach. And she starts talking about “it will take off your eyebrows…” And once again I have to tell her “ no Color wax, for your hair” she then points me in the right direction and tells me “kids use this” Very strange behavior. Felt like Micro aggressions. The younger girls work

I had the BEST shopping experience I've had in years at Sally's, in Slidell, today! Jenna is the young lady's name who helped me. She was very kindhearted in hearing the issues I have w/ my hair. Then she guided me on exactly what I was looking for to help the issues!! Very professional & knowledgeable! Thank you to Sally's Corp. for obtaining this little cup of sunshine!!

I didn't catch her name but the employee that helped me out today was awesome. Very knowledgeable about almost everything I even touched in the store. She had recommendations and even made sure I wasn't forgetting anything I would need. I.e. developer brush gloves etc. But I picked up magnetic eyelashes and didn't realize I didn't have the "glue" for it; when I got to the register she noticed this and asked if I already had some. 10/10

This new Sally's is nice. The old locations are closed but this is a new beautiful store. I'll be shopping here a lot in the future.

The lady that worked in sally was really rude and she was following and looking at my daughter as if she was going to steal something, it’s the first time this happens. I’m a client of Sally’s
