The atmosphere was very welcoming and the employee that helped me was super nice, I will say, however that I went in to get hair color remover. I usually use the one from Punky but used the one suggested to me, which was from colorfix. It got the hair dye out but it smells absolutely atrocious. I’m not talking chemical bleach smell, I’m talking about rotten egg smell. I used dawn and apple cider vinegar to try and get the smell out but I think it’s semi-permeated into my hair. It would have been nice to know beforehand, at least how to get the smell out.

Loved everyone that was working. Didn't know exactly what I was looking for, but they pointed me in the right direction and were so pleasant to interact with! Love love love their fun hair colors when we arrived and how ready they were to help. Will absolutely be back

I was there 12-21 in the afternoon. The employee that helped was awesome! They took the time to help me and got me even more than I came in for. My hair turned out great! All because they came up and asked me if I was good. I indeed would not have been able to achieve this without you! Thanks!

Every time come to this store it's a bad attitude from same female working, it's obvious she hates her job. She's snappy, rude and very dismissive. She's one with light bleached hair at bottom dark on top, taller side and heavy set.

I had a great experience here(the one on Louise Ave in Sioux falls). Didn't know much about hair bleach and the lady took a lot of time to help me out! Her name was Tiffany and she had one of the best qualities of a worker than I have seen in a while. She was VERY helpful to me!
