I typically go to the Bossier location, but they have an employee that’s not very nice. Which makes it hard to shop and ask questions. Today I drove a little further out of the way and went to the Shreveport location and it was a breath of fresh air!! I’m not sure of the name of the lady I spoke with today, but she said she had been there 8 years. I can see why they hold onto her, because she is truly the sweetest and easiest person to talk to! Even after I checked out I continued to talk to her and it felt like I was talking to a close friend. Not a stranger, not someone trying to up-sell me or get me in and out of the store. A friend. Just a small positive conversation can change someone’s day. You never know what the other person is going through. I’ll definitely continue to go out of

I just have the best customer experience. I walk in needing something and miss Elizabeth came from behind the counter and gave me exactly what I need it. I loved her energy and her knowledge of the product and her attentiveness to me. I will not go to another beauty supply store. Sally's on Youree is the place that I will always shop

The associate that works there Jessica was so helpful kind and courtesy... she helpme find everything I came in there for.... need more people like her in the business world....

They've always had whatever I need at the time, and their staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I have been a frequent customer at this location but I will never return after the new staff wanted to treat me as a criminal, following through the store to supervise me in the isles. I tried to find another employee, which was nowhere to be found. I am very disappointed. I am saddened and enraged that I can no longer in good faith continue spend my money at this location!
