I had gone in looking for a cover up color. the girl who helped me said to use the color she recommended and to “leave it on for however long” because it was a “conditioning treatment” the color she recommended didn’t even color my hair. it was the exact same color as it was prior…just extremely dead after rinsing out. i read the bottle and it said to leave it on for 20-25 minutes. thank god i did not do what she told me to. my hair felt like hay while washing it out..and after i dried it. i feel as though i got sabotaged. i texted a friend who used to work at sally’s and she was in shock from what they had recommended me. her immediate response was “that is sabotaged”.i looked into the hair color she recommended after trusting her. it said it can make your hair fall out if left in for too

I went in today 2/27/26 and the black haired employee with glasses (the only one there) was extremely rude and condescending. Felt so uncomfortable I left and took my business to the belleview store where they are welcoming. I suggest you do too.

I picked up an item in the sale section, and the cashier peeled off the sticker when I wasn't looking so I had to pay full price for the item. She also didn't like it when I didn't want to go with what she recommended.

My hair went through a lot this week. I came to Sally Beauty’s early in the week and got some products to fix my hair. It ended up making my hair feeling worse and very dead. I decided to go back to the same Sally Beauty’s today to get something to repair my hair. I talked with the woman there and she recommended Bondbar to help out my situation. I decided to go with her advice. Fast forward to waiting for the finished product, my mouth dropped. My hair had done a complete 360. It was fully hydrated and full of life again. If it wasn’t for that employee at Sally’s who recommended (and knows her products very well!), my hair would still be very unhealthy. Thank you Sally Beauty’s employee! You literally saved my hair. Check this place out!

Unacceptable!!!!! DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS TO THIS STORE!!!!! Only delivered 1 out of 4 items but took all of the money! Tried to call an hour before closing but they were already closed…. So they make their own hours apparently! Sally’s should close this location down I am appalled by how I was treated when all I wanted was my items to be delivered…. All of them not just 1! I am disgusted! I wish I could give zero stars for this location!
