I came here the other day and wanted to share my experience. My mother sister and I came to our local Sally’s to get some hair dye because my mom needed to dye her hair. Long story short, we are standing in the aisle for a while because my mom is trying to see what colors would mix best together and I notice that the young lady at the front asked us if we needed help we told her no we know what we’re doing no thank you. She then goes and gets the older woman at the front as if she warning her that we were about to steal. So then her and the older woman come over and ask us again. Do y’all need help? We again decline the help because as previously stated, we already knew what we were looking for. They’ve been proceeded to just stand at the end of the aisle and watches in contemplate on the

If you wanna be followed around the store and racially profiled then this is the place to go. I internally went to different isles to get away from her and she kept following me and pretending to read items on the shelves. I couldn’t shop in peace because she wouldn’t leave me alone. Asking personal questions at the register. Asking about who the perm was for after asking if it was for my daughter. Stay out of black business. Won’t be back at that location. Update: I called to let her know how I wasn’t appreciative of it and of course she denied to be being weird and following me around. She when kept overtaking me and wouldn’t let me get a word in. I’m going to corporate.

Love this store! The management here is awesome & helpful. Hi Sherry! I have a Sally that is closer but prefer this store (despite the God awful traffic) because it’s always such a pleasant experience. Thank you, Sherry :)

The manager at this location is the most unprofessional disgusting excuse for a human being. My son tried to get his money back due to the policy on the back of the receipt stating if you don’t love your results you can return the product. She would only give him an exchange and he didn’t want that. She told the cashier that was helping him to shut up that she was the manager and looked at my son with a scathing look saying he could take an exchange or nothing. When he tried to counter with what the receipt says she ignored him and walked away only to walk back taunting him by laughing at him. This woman knows more about cow rearing than she does customer service. She has a power trip because she’s a manager at a Sally’s store and little does she know my son makes twice what she does. The lady followed me around like I was going to steal something. She was incredibly rude , if I didn’t need the product I wouldn’t have bought anything because of her attitude ! I suggest she does better . She is an older woman, she was very disturbing !
