I’ve never gone into a Sally’s and expected anyone to really be able to answer any questions. However, these two girls were so knowledgeable & were so helpful! Tolley was extremely friendly from the second, I walked in the door & went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Not only did they give me step-by-step directions, but they laughed and smiled the whole time. Gave me a lot of helpful tips with my hair color & nails!!! Both girls were full of so much happiness and spreading that holiday cheer!

This is a pretty solid Sally Beauty store. I’ve been getting my hair dye from this store for nearly 4 years. They always have the brands I like with the certain colors I’m looking for. Minus one star because some of the staff sucks so bad. Looming over my shoulder making comments and faces about what dye to grab or not grab after I said I don’t need help. A few times even recommending me dye and after I use it on a strand it’s not even CLOSE to the color they claimed. I never trust their suggestions anymore. One time suggested me an “purple” dye for my strand to turn nearly black. Only come here for stuff I know I want or need. Rest of staff is polite and quick to checkout.

Deb was amazing! If you want a sincere interaction with top of the line advice, Deb is your person. She was super caring and informative. Her attention to detail was amazing, customer service was the best, and her personality had me not wanting to leave. She's lovely and the products she offered were also great. She knows more than service level nonsense. I live 50 minutes away and would come back just to have her assist me. Definitely the place to go.

If I had to give this location one selling point, it would definitely be DEB! My friend and I went to this store to pick up hair dye to color my hair for the very first time last Saturday. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by the lovely Deb who then helped us the entire time we were in the store. I had no idea what went into dying hair or what products were best, but this wonderful associate explained everything in great detail and answered every single question. She not only reviewed multiple product lines to help us weigh pros and cons, but she made sure we were aware of all sales and possible discounts to save us money. We absolutely adored her. I went into Sally’s yesterday with my special needs patient. Deb went above and beyond to help me out. She helped me pick out a few new products and was amazing with my patient. I would highly recommend talking to her if you need help picking out new products.
