Went in to get my niece some toner. The two workers were able to help me get the right thing and even spoke to her on the phone to make sure she does the right process, get the right color, and was super friendly the whole time.

Okay so I came in here and got some things for myself and my daughter the service was pretty good from a gal that works there... Then I had to return the product I got for myself because of losing my job (terrible ego hit...) I usually budget really well. Anyway so I came back in to return the product and was not greeted or understood well at all, the guy was rude and really made me feel terrible about myself and my situation.

I just left store having had a return. The guy who helped me did his best to be rude and condescending while in a fake sing song voice regarding my reasons for return. I really do not need a reason for a return as per store policy and did not appreciate his attitude. And by the way, talking about as I was walking out of store to fellow employee was completely uncalled for. Go home and start your day over!

Incredibly nice, kind staff but today wayyyyyyy too pushy. There is a male manager here who is incredibly sweet and helpful and is usually like "welcome - if I can help let me know", which I appreciate. Today he wasnt there and I felt hounded by the staff. When I go I know what I'm looking for, but like to really weigh all my options. Today I felt like I couldn't just browse and take my time which is a shame. Never ever have this problem at Ulta.

Condescending staff. I came in for a brow tint kit on Saturday June 26th, that I have found at other Sally locations , but they acted like I was dumb and instead suggested something that didnt work at all but I ended up spending 4 times more than a simple lash/ brow kit. Just buy your supplies on Amazon and skip the snooty attitude.
