Omg! I absolutely love my Sally's Beauty Hair Products and have for years now! It really helps when you have an idea for what you're looking for or what you want. For those of you with really dark or even black hair, I posted a pic of the products I got to get my hair to go from black to almost snow white and did it all myself with less $65! Sounds like a lot but it's a lot cheaper than paying $200 to $300 to get it done by a professional! I also have enough bleach to do my hair, at least, another 10 times! I recommend getting the level 10 bleach powder for those with really dark hair and a 20 developer bc if you're like me and have a sensitive scalp, you do not want to use a 30 or 40 especially if you were going to bleach your hair back to back 2 to 3 times which I only had to do two ti

Super awkward experience when looking for a shampoo and conditioner as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I turned around and the blonde and brown hair girls were burning their eyes in the back of my head. I eventually got super uncomfortable and left without buying any products. Sallys i recommend to let your works know so they don’t run all of your customers off.

I felt followed as I was looking through beauty items and was asked if I wanted a "rewards" card, without being told that it's a credit card. Either Sally's is pushing their employees to get people to sign up for their credit card or they need to train their employees to be clear and up front about what customers are signing up for. The word "rewards" is a very vague way to describe something that affects your CREDIT SCORE. It's deceptive to call it that. I was not rude but I did let the employee know that I thought she needed to be more up front about what a "rewards" card is. I was met with silence, and I told her to have a good night as I left. Went to Sally’s on a Sunday. On Google it says it opens at 9am. Sedalia Sally’s Beauty opens at 11am. Went in at 11:02 and the woman working the register turned 2 customers away because she was counting the drawer. Watching the 3rd person at 11:05 get turned away because now the door is locked and the woman is counting the money on the counter still. She finally opened the doors to customers at almost 11:15am and did apologize and said it was her first time opening but do better please 🙏🏻
