Kay is super nice & extremely knowledgeable — she knows color & gives fantastic recommendations and really cares! I’ve been coming here for years and I always get amazing help… I especially love chatting with Kay, her customer service skills are exceptional! She makes me feel so welcomed and taking care of!

I purposely go out of my way to shop at this Sally Beauty because customer service wise it’s the best store out of the many locations I’ve been to. The manager is exceptionally friendly and helpful and keeps the store looking always beautiful! Her coworker who helped me today is equally great and is always knowledgeable when I have a question and I love her hair 😜

I always liked to go there, employees were very nice and friendly, until the new young manager who is so rude and disrespectful in the way to talk, greet and service clients older than her. I would definitely do not want to shop on that store anymore. Please train the young employees to be respectful and friendly before they serve your clients.

The girl was very very sweet & helpful picking me out dye that will stay for my beard & conditioner to help also I love it, way better than the one before, anyone wants a beard done too go see her for color & I'll do it hehehe serious though I will!!! This time I beleive her name was Shelby that helped me (I'm so bad w names lol) she was so friendly and helpful and answered all my weird questions lol

Every time I go into the store and I have the simplest question I am treated with such respect and given excellent customer service. I’m not a professional hairstylist… Just a customer of your products and I feel like I’m always treated like a stylist when I’m in there. I love their knowledge annd enthusiasm for what they do. Grateful to you ladies!
