The lady there with the dark hair by Target in Scranton has prices on the shelves that don’t match what rings up she stated” they are old tags I just don’t take them down” how is that good business?

So I don’t know anything about hair dye and I haven’t dyed my hair. It’s been natural growing out and I wanted to dye my hair blue without bleach. I go on there and I let let you know. Hey, I need to dye my hair. I want to make it blue without bleach what can I do so she refers me to this dye you like I said I don’t know anything about hair dye and it says blue And is blue black actually so when I put it in my hair, I actually turn my hair black instead of blue btw this consult this a.k.a. manager by the way I’m very upset about this. I can’t even dye my hair now because it’s black now and I’m not bleach my hair.

I don't know much about Sally Beauty but I heard good comments about it. I went into this store today 7/8/2021 in the morning at South Washington Ave, Scranton PA, the nice sales lady name Bernadette asked me for my name, email address, and phone number, I first thought she was being kinda nosy asking for my information but I realized she wanted to send me a discount towards my next purchase.

Sally beauty has a large hair color selection. I also buy hair product there. It's cheaper than full price salon products and they work really well. They also have a nice selection of nail colors
