Came to Sally’s on 10/30/22. Don’t know the beautiful lady name but she is the true definition of excellent customer service. She greeted me when I entered the store she asked if I needed assistance with anything and she was very knowledgeable of what I was looking for. Big props to you. Getting great service like that will keep me coming back. Traveled from Hinesville ga. For the great service totally recommend coming here. Keep up the great work ma’am.

Went to Sally on the 11-9-19 around 11:00 am to buy a nail set the cashier acted like she didn't want to be there with an nasty attitude so I decided not to purchase the nail set I can go somewhere else to spend my money the only reason 2 star because it was clean and the has some nice items

I do not know self care or make-up. Sophia at the counter helped me with a kind and patient heart. Took the scary out of shopping for products I know little about. Very nice experience.

Sales lady today ignored me and walked away when I was talking to her. She pointed me to the item and then I asked a follow-up question and she just turned and ignored me. I turned around and left. She could have cared less to help a customer with questions. I will not be going back and will go to another location

I always come here for my hair dyes and other hair care products. My last visit the young lady was very helpful but today the three individuals working were being very condescending. They kept following me around the store from every isle asking me if I needed help when I told them all the first time I didn't need help. I just wanted to shop in peace. I'll just bypass this location and shop at the other location for now on because their behavior was very uncomfortable and uncalled for. Also, I don't like how they charge you fifteen cents for a bag as they have gone green. I refuse to buy merchandise and buy my bag too.
