I absolutely love this location and the girls that work here… Every time I walk in they are so sweet and love the compliments they throw out. All of them are so helpful and seem to get along with each other so very well and I think that’s A killer dynamic for any business. This location has a pretty solid team so five stars alone just for that. Thanks girls for always helping me out… appreciate you. !!!

I had such a great experience at Sally’s in Saratoga Springs. The lady working there was so knowledgeable and kind. We were looking for bright colors for my both my daughter's hair, and I wasn’t exactly sure what would work best. She took the time to explain how each type of product would work with our different hair types and helped us narrow down the choices. She was so patient, even when I changed my mind a few times and kept asking questions. We were able to find the perfect products and colors for each girl. It really made a difference to have someone who cared and took the time to help.

I really enjoyed my experience here, I’m not super social and leave my headphones in while shopping, only taking them off when I need help, or go to check out. I went in and they welcomed me, but were super respectful of my space, as soon as someone saw me with my headphones off they came to see if I had any questions! They were super friendly and were very patient with my questions! Highly recommend!

Went in to look at hair color or other options for fixing my hair, Brooklyn helped me find Clenditioner and I love it. She took the time to answer my questions and relieve my fears of messing up my hair and she helped me find the right product for what I needed. I also had other cute girls helping me they are all so friendly I love the environment and atmosphere there. Thank you!

My first time visiting the store and the girls are so sweet and welcoming. The manager Brooklyn helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even suggested another product which fit my needs better. She is helpful and knowledgeable. I will coming back!
