Convenient and well stocked. I went in for my usual hair supplies but was shocked that they now carry piercing jewelry, a wide range of products from Pallido, hair tools and they are packed with dyes that are from every color of the rainbow. The cashier was cool while checking out. Aisles are wide and prices are well displayed.

It was such a great experience getting hair supplies for my teen ❤️ Shirley was so cordial and patient with my 16—and 4-year-olds.

⭐ 1 Star Verbally and physically harassed by staff—unbelievable and unsafe. I’ve never written a review like this, but what happened at this Sally’s location was completely unacceptable, and frankly, alarming. I arrived at 6:50 PM, knowing exactly what toner I needed and fully intending to be in and out in under 5 minutes—well before the 7:00 PM closing time. As I walked in, the employee loudly announced “we’re closed.” I politely responded that I just needed one quick item. She sighed loudly, started slamming items, and made it very clear I was an inconvenience. When I went to check out—before closing time—she became increasingly aggressive. She mocked my hair color, told me I “looked strange,” and insisted she “didn’t have to ring me out” because I came in “too close to closing.” Her

I don’t know her name but she had gold long nails. She was extremely sweet and helped me find exactly what I needed!

They wouldn't let me exchange an item I bought, because I didn't have a receipt, even though both employees were there when I first bought the item. The employee was also very rude about it and annoyed when I was nothing but polite. Their prices are also pretty high and they have no wig products.
