Hands down one of the most infuriating and disrespectful customer service experiences I've ever had. We arrived right before closing to pick up an order that was already placed, paid for, and confirmed - and were refused at the door as if we were the problem. To make it even worse, we received a text confirmation to pick up the order 16 minutes AFTER they closed. Let that sink in. We were physically there before closing and still turned away, yet their system had no issue telling us the order was ready well after hours. Completely unacceptable and incredibly disorganized. The two employees we dealt with - a woman with blue hair and a Hispanic woman - were openly dismissive and made absolutely no effort to help. No apology. No explanation. Came in today for some hair dye and supplies. I didn't catch the employee's name but she was super helpful in helping me decide on hair dye brand and color. Unfortunately the color ilI wanted was out of stock at this location. The employee offered to check other stores for me. Very nice experience.

Does anyone remember when customer service was good? I was in the store for almost 30 minutes trying to find a good shampoo and conditioner. There were three people on the floor one of them being the manager. And not once did anybody approached me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I was even standing right next to the manager, as she was pulling things off the shelf and was never even looked at. Coming from customer service industry this was extremely disappointing. You would think that the manager would encourage her co-workers to approach customers and asked if they're finding everything okay. The only time I was asked if I found everything okay was when I was already at the checkout. This is why people shop online. I get better help from Google

3.5 stars on reviews is very generous. I was so excited when I moved here that there was a Sally's nearby but this is quite frankly the worst one I've been to and I've been to a lot. Shelves are always bare and they never have what I need even if it says in stock. Boxes constantly sitting around in the aisles making it hard to get around, and it seems like they never actually stock the boxes. Employees like to hang out in the back and actively avoid you, I've had to almost chase them around the store to ask a question. Employees are very unfriendly and rude. I always try to say please and thank you and have a good day, and be pleasant but then they're very short with me anyways, don't know where products are and won't help find them, and straight up ignore me when I'm talking to them.
