I was completed a shopping order on 07/25/25. Kayla was so helpful in locating the products. She was fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

Walked into the store everything was going normal until I had a question so I asked the sales rep. After speaking to her you could tell that she’s either on drugs or she was really really tired. She was rocking back and forward all slumped, couldn’t really talk and was saying awkward comments- which lead to her giving me the wrong advice. I went back to the store and she was looking better and had the audacity to butt into the conversation I was having with another sales rep I went to.*the first time I went into the store she was alone- by the time I went back into the store there was another worker* Instead of making things better she says dumb comments and outbursts to the whole store to hear. No apology no discount no embarrassment nothing idk about that worked

I wish they carried all of Manic Panic's colors, they were out of the developer I was looking for, and the associate seemed to have an uninterested attitude. I imagine her outlook has more to do with company policy, pay, and benefits vs her actual person, though.

My wife went in to purchase a few items and it's great to know they still practice social distancing. Another customer cursed at the staff for speaking up after another client felt uncomfortable with how close they were to her kids. As she was checking out; my wife spoke to the manager and told her what really happened defending the staff. My wife always loves going here for her beauty needs. It was unfortunate what happened. People need to be more considerate of others.
