Wow! This Sally store is so shiny and new! They have so many things that I had to have. They carry NYX at this location too which I love. Jenn and Tristen were super helpful and knew SO much about the products. Thank you!!
Best sally beauty I have ever been in! The employee Tristan was so sweet and helped me a ton in finding the right products! New to this area and he was such a kind employee! Give that man a raise!!!
Went in to get things to dye my hair purple , there was a sweet employee with pink hair who had wonderful customer service. I appreciate her knowledge and support 10/10 ! Definitely recommend 😊
I placed an online order this morning and I didn't realize it would be an estimated 4 hours until pick up, which was my fault lol I came in and Kianna was super sweet and nice as soon as I came in and I explained to her that I just made the online order and if it would be okay to get the items now or if I could cancel the pickup order and get the items myself if it was easier. She immediately said it was no issue and gathered the items for me! Great customer service and really understanding. Tristan was great as well helping her out with questions. The team work was nice to see and the kindness between them and towards me was a breath of fresh air. The store is huge and well organized and clean. Definitely coming back!
The Sanford, Florida (3346) store is absolutely beautiful with the redesign. The customer service is as always 5 star! 🌟 💅
