The employees are always so friendly. I usually call in and they get the order ready for my husband to pick up. Great customer service.

I can't speak highly enough about this Sally's! It has the best variety for beauty supplies in Sandusky. It's clean and organized and has the most friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable staff especially a delightful young lady named "Quinn." She went above and beyond to make sure I bought exactly what I needed. I was very impressed by her knowledge of all the products I questioned her about. She made a few suggestions of items that I might like to purchase but did it in a professional way that didn't make me feel pressured. I got the impression that she was truly just trying to help so, if you go to Sally's on Milan Road, just ask for "Quinn." She knows her stuff and she will guide you exactly to where you need to be. Also, you cannot beat the clearance section. I don't think any other
