Kelly or Kelli? Not sure how her name was spelt but she was the sweetest angel ever. Had a small issue with a hair dye delivery and refund and she helped me entirely. The way I paid wasn't refundable to my card so I had to get it on a Sally's Beauty card instead. The store Kelly worked at was far from my closest one so she offered to deliver the gift card herself on one of her days off. In the end, I told her to just mail it to me. Everyone deserves their own days off! She want above and beyond. I hope Sally's is treating her perfectly because she is definitely their best employee.

Says product is in stock and available for same day pickup. Drove all the way there and the product is not there. They say when they check their truck they will call back if they have it. Fix your website. First and last visit

I went, purchased 3 semi-permanent hair colors and two colors applied just fine and the third, purple didn't do anything so I went to take it back to EXCHANGE it, with my receipt. The employee was rude and told me that there were no returns with items that have been opened. As irritating as it was I had to get more color for my messed up hair! So I get to the counter and pull out my phone for a $5 off coupon for responding to a survey and she didn't look at it, said she couldn't take it, to which I replied it was just sent to my email days before, she said "did you already use it" (I did not) but she didn't even bother trying to scan it. I went to this store prepared to spend over a $100 on a pair of haircutting clippers clippers. The heavy set lady was short hair that's on duty right now just would not leave us alone was rude, And when I asked her if something was wrong and could I help her with something she was very rude and I will never come back to this store nor will I ever spend another dime there. Tractor supply was more than willing to accept our money with GREAT CUZTOMER SERVICE!! If I could give this store a zero I absolutely would. But I will be making LOTS of phone calls!
