Great experience with all employees but Jocelyn in particular went above and beyond with my girls order return. She called customer service and handled the issue while continuing helping other customers. I haven’t seen this type of service anywhere else, would recommend this Sally’s to anyone looking for help or any issues. 100% would return.

I've been coming to this location for a while now, and the staff are always so helpful and friendly! Today I went in to retouch my hair, and the wonderful cashier working put me on Iroiro color, Pastel Bubble Gum Pink, because it lasts longer, is vegan, and is softer than the other brands. Went in to shop for Instacart and was greeted by Miranda. Right away she asked if I had any questions and proceeded to help me with my order. She was very helpful and friendly. Dope service!

I walked into the store in a sweater and sweats, since I've been sick and I need to touch up my roots. Was greeted at the door by a young man. Since I have not been to this Sally's enough to know where everything was. I was trying to look and was intersected by a lady working there in sweats and a sweater, too. Rushing me out of the store rude. My question is how is a lady working in sweats and a sweater too, going to be behind me like I'm going to steal something 🙃 😐 😑. I DID NOT LIKE THIS STORE AT ALL. UPON READING OTHER REVIEWS, IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO FEELS U GUYS ARE RUDE AND PUSHY!!! I M HISPANIC, BUT I ALSO NOTICE THE OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINING ARE OF COLOR. Destiny, I was not satisfied with my purchase, the item was opened and not used, it did not fit the item it was intended for, therefore, I was not satisfied and was returning it. Sally's return policy: "After 60 days or without a receipt, you will be offered an in-store merchandise credit in the form of a Merchandise Return Gift Card, for the lowest selling price of the item(s) returned within the last 60 days before return." Destiny, I was returning the item within the 60 day period AND I had my receipt, therefore I was entitled to my full refund, not the lowest selling price refund, that you were adamantly going to refund me.
