I walked in yesterday without a plan but wanted to do something to my hair. Isabella, Azalea, and Jewel were phenomenal! They helped me find the products I needed and explained how to use them. I'm doing my hair myself and home. Went back today for some toner. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and offered amazing customer service!

We are here from out of town and I was desperate to fix what a rebel stylist did to my hair. The young woman there were so patient with me while I worked with my old stylist via text messages, and she was so very helpful. It was like having a personal assistant! Lol I’ve always loved shopping at Sally’s. I’ve never had a bad experience at any one that I’ve been to. Thanks for the fantastic customer service. It’s such a rarity these days!

As someone who works in the customer service industry, I was very disappointed with my last visit. Yes I was greeted however I was in the store 20 min not once did anyone ask if they could help me find anything. So once I finally asked for some help one of the girls turned to the other girl as if I was a bother and said "will you help her out?".. I was directed to where I might find the product I was looking for but nothing more than that. I walked out empty handed..

Very disappointed in this store. After getting the things I needed to do my hair got to the check out and because I had a large bill was told by the young girl behind the counter they had no money to make change..What kind a retailer are you if you can’t make a sale?? The attitude I got was “OH WELL”, not even i’m sorry for your inconvenience..For the plan and simple fact I can and will choose to spend my money somewhere else..

Love love love love this place lol maybe a little too much. I frequent this branch, it's cozy, people are friendly and helpful, carries my favorite makeup brand as well as all of my hair needs. Anything beauty related I get from here. Love it
