I used to enjoy shopping at Sally's cuz it was close to home and I enjoy the fact that you were carrying better products however every time I come there and followed around the store like I'm about to steal something my pro discount apparently doesn't come off anymore your help is rude and they never really offer a solution if there is a problem with the transaction. They don't tell you when you have a coupon I have always gotten a pro discount and I got it as early as last week today I was told my license was expired which is false. I will ship at license only places from now on.

I didn’t catch her name, but the pretty young lady with cool hair was extremely helpful to me today! She helped me get everything i needed to dye my hair and told me what everything does and even recommended a color sealer that made my hair feel amazing. I come here often and never had such a great experience, I hope she’s working next time i come in.

My favorite Sally's I've ever been to. The people are actually kind and don't seem like stuck up jerks. The one in Midland and the one in Mount pleasant have some stuck up employees or make you feel judged. Weird vibes. Not sure why since it's a hair supply store not sure what's to be so angry about... But none of that here from what I've witnessed!! I love this Sally's! Great job making your customers feel good in the store.

I was charged $128 for a purchase of $33! Imagine that and then having to deal with a manager that responds with an antagonist attitude when I suggest that her staff are more cognizant of what the customer has purchased so they would not take a payment for 4 x the real amount. When I questioned the amount, the employee said it was the new cash register that had doubled the 3 - $2.99 rollers, however that would not account for the $90+ extra charges. She did not even dispute the total at first and when I asked, said she would have realized when she ran my credit card. Sure, after I had paid, great time to check . So if you don't mind paying 4x the amount and then getting hassled, shop at this store. You have lost my business and everyone I can reach will hear about it.

There was a younger girl with black and MAYBE purple in her hair I think her name was Lexie.. either way for the first time in 15 years someone at Sally’s told me what they thought I should get to do my hair how I wanted ( I showed her a couple pics) & she KILLED IT! She was so spot on with what to get and my hair came out perfect! I had to bleach it too soooo this girl needs a raise !
