I bought several items from Sally's yesterday and told the girl I had a 15% coupon but not with me. I came back today with my receipt and coupon but they would not give me credit and re-ring the items using my coupon which is good until Sept 30th. The woman that helped me was rude and refused to honor the coupon. Why send out coupons to customers if they can't use them? She said it was against store policy, I'm sure glad that Peebles or the other merchants in town do not have this policy in place. shame on them...

Its a nice place to shop until you feel profiled while walking around. I told them multiple times I was okay and did not need help and they followed me like I was stealing. I made a small purchase, had planned to look at the extentions but left due to being made to feel uncomfortable.

Markeisha was amazing in helping me with everything i needed, i usually don't ask for help because i get people who don't know what they are talking about when i ask but this was a easy shop for me i didnt get frustrated at all @ this Sally's and she was amazing with my kid who is always all over the place when i shop so thank you for your amazing customer service
