The girls inside were friendly. I do wonder why there are always two employees working, when the store is always empty. Same with the Grass Valley location. Is this why the products are so expensive?

I just say my experience at Sally’s was really good because Queen really took me through the process of going through each product step-by-step. Which in return made the buying process much better she even told me what sales they had going on so it really made me feel very confident to keep coming back as long as she’s there.

This Sally’s location is amazing! All the people working there are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable☺️ Also every single time I go in there they’re stocking the shelves so they always have a great selection and everything is always in stock. This is the best Sally’s location in the sac area hands down!

Anna was so sweet and helpful! This place always has the best stuff with the friendliest people. 🔥💕

Edit: they must have gotten a new manager and staff because I can say when I come here now it’s not such an unpleasant experience. The girls there now are a whole lot friendlier and helpful with customers The manager of this location is very rude. Any time I have came in or even called to place an order she acts as tho I am a complete nuisance. Instead of being friendly and informative to her customers, she is VERY condescending and short. I walked in simply stating I needed advice because I wanted to do a big change on my hair and she rolled her eyes and smirked than asked what do you want... I've given this location multiple tries because it’s so close to home but every time I leave irritated with her and her very unprofessional staff.
