I didn't get the person's name who helped me yesterday9/29/25 around 11:30am, but they were so sweet! I had absolutely no idea what I needed to get & left the store feeling confident in the products. My hair turned out great because of the help I got. Such a kind person to take time & help me find everything I needed. I truly appreciate our interaction & the knowledgeable employee.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this Sally’s location. The employee with pink/purple hair was openly rude, dismissive, and condescending toward me the moment I walked in. She refused to help when I asked for assistance and spoke to me like I was inconveniencing her. What made this even more uncomfortable is that I had previously seen her behaving aggressively at the bar, where she ended up being removed. Seeing the same behavior carried into her workplace was disappointing and honestly shocking. I’ve shopped at Sally’s for years, but this experience made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.

Most horrible experience on the phone. Little young girl was rude, nasty and disrespectful. After saying what she had to say she hung up on me. I am or was a customer of Sally’s. I live 10 miles from Sally’s and called to see if they knew the name of the business next door. Her answer to me was” don’t know don’t care and hung up”. Poor business practice if they hire rude and disrespectful people. Store won’t be open long because we are a small town and word travels fast. This was Sunday May 4 at or around2:00 give or take a few minutes

Tried to complete a return for a product that didn’t work on my hair. The manager, who would not tell me her name despite repeated requests, wouldn’t let the transaction proceed until I had answered questions about what I had been trying to do with my hair and trying to sell me more products. I replied that I was uncomfortable with what felt like an interrogation and I wanted to leave the store quickly (someone was waiting in the car). The manager then had a temper tantrum where she whined to another customer that I accused her of interrogating me, and refused to help process the return until the lower employee begged for help. Never been my favorite beauty supply store, but in a pinch they're ok. Literally just left the store, bought nothing. The woman working went above & beyond to TRY to make me feel like a criminal. Caught her staring at me out of the corner of my eye, I finally turned & just stared back. She asked if needed help finding anything, she saw me walk in & go straight to the hair dryers & watched me looking at them. She finally left, & so did I.
