Eli was incredibly helpful and very friendly! He helped me find everything I needed, and also suggested good substitutions when something I wanted was out of stock. Despite the fact he was working alone, he was attentive to all of the customers in the busy store while being patient and kind. 💜🪻

I don't know how they get away with selling expired dye, but don't waste your money when buying color chances are its expired which will give you patchy colors. You will not be offered money back, store credit, or even a discount regardless of the evidence of bad dye is all over your head. You're better off just ordering straight from the manufacturer.

Manager is very kind! She was very professional and knowledgeable on the products in store. I spoke with her on the phone before coming into the store and she remembered me which is very rare for any place. Store is very clean and pretty well stocked with products.

I love the customer service , the ladies there are pleasant, helpful and friendly. I only gave three stars because I have to drive to Utica Sally beauty to get some of my ethnic products. Hair extensions, Wave Nouveau , etc.

They wouldn't let a 5 year old use their restroom and they were very rude about it when they said it.
