How is it possible that I arrived at this store, grabbed my things, and when I paid, the cashier told me that she couldn't charge me a $50 bill when I paid $26 because it was closing and I didn't have change. What bad service they must have. Better customer service staff. That's why I came back to order online at Amazon. Don't have these stores to pay their rent and keep going bankrupt.

Cosette was an amazing help! On several occasions she took extra time to make sure that my wife was buying the product that we needed, helping pick the right toner to her hair color, going out of her way to help us pick the right products without trying to pressure or upsell us at all! 10/10

Can't find the store, Google maps is wrong it's not by jersey Mike's. Nice staff once I found it though, bigger store. It's connected to old Chicago. Here's pictures, maybe Google maps will fix it lol

Decent product selection, but staff doesn’t show up on time and opens late.

Great experience every time I come into the store. Super helpful from the moment that you open the front door they welcome you..... My representative ( Colett ) was very helpful.......Knew exactly what I needed also made some great suggestions. I have to say that after I tried my product, Ion Brilliant gray mask I was so impressed...... I left reviews on the ION website and this store Thank You again This really enhanced my hair!!! Was worth the purchase and was a good price!
