Sally Beauty

I went into the Henrietta location Saturday after I got my hair did a few months ago and it was butchered. I wanted to go back brown after my bangs has been bleached. I knew that I needed a filler before dying brown but that was where my knowledge ended. The manager that was working was more than helpful. She spent time with me and guided me to the right color and products for my current brown I had to match the best. I just finished my hair and it is EXACTLY what I wanted and matches perfectly and looks so natural. I wish I could remember her name (as there may be more than one manager at this location) but she had medium/short black curly hair. Thank you so much!!

9/7/25 went into the store had some CHILDREN working and their store today and if they're not children they look very young one of the ones who served me name was Kayla I asked her a question about a product and instead of her trying to find out the information she had the nerve to tell me that all the progress are the same how in the world are there the same one has called and the others don't all progress are not the same if you don't know if she don't know or you would either find out for me don't push and brush for customer off because you don't know your product she had a nasty attitude, also I was exchanging some hair clips she did order wrong and then had the nerve to get mad at me because she messed up then when I started questioning her about the order she continued to show a nast

I stopped into Sally’s tonight around 6:30 PM. It’s Wednesday evening and when I was there, a young lady helped me she had blonde hair. I’m not sure of her name, but I told her what I was having trouble with and she showed me two products to use and I just have to say that it’s nice to have an employee that really knows what she’s talking about because my results were phenomenal and fix the issue that I was having so I really appreciate her time and honesty to help me with my problem. A+ for that employee.

In disbelief that i was followed around the store due to the color of my skin from the moment i walked in! The elderly manager enza , said hello and asked if i needed help i said “No, thank you!” as she proceeded to follow me around the store from isle to isle and watch every product i picked up. She would NOT leave me alone and would try to converse about said products which is ironic considering how eventually when asked her a question she didn't even know they carried the brand or tell me what the products did and would offer me alternatives that were for completely different things (black hair care of course) . Upon realizing she simply did not possess the correct knowledge to help me and just wanted to “sell to me”/watch me i thanked her and walked away to find my items on my own. AGA

I went to Sally today with some BAD orange hair. The lovely sales representative was incredible! She asked me if I needed any assistance and I lifted my hat to reveal the bad at home hair dye job. She jumped to my rescue finding everything to make my life so much better. Right down to the gloves and applicator bottle! Get it Julie! You rock! Thanks again and my hair turned out awesome! 👏
