Went in not knowing what the best choice was for toning my colored highlights. The nice employee working noticed right away I needed help. After giving her a quick rundown of what I had done and the color I wanted to achieve she explained and then suggested a color for me. I am pleased to say she chose right and I'm very happy with the outcome!

I’ve shopped here for a long time, love the store, it’s beautiful and organized, and the employees are super friendly and offer to help a lot! However, I’m giving it 3 stars because I do not think Sally’s hires people who know a lot about hair. I used to go in and feel like I was being told the right things and I would feel like I could trust the people recommending me things. However, within the last year I’ve noticed how the newer employees really don’t know anything. I ask very simple questions about products or how to do something and they just stare at me and say they don’t know. Most of my friends who go here also get the same responses. I don’t understand why Sally’s hires people who don’t have a wide knowledge of hair. Nothing against them. They’re super nice, but they really don’t

I didn't catch the name of the associate who helped me out today (not the manager). She was great! Super busy in the store but she took the time to help me select a couple of products for my wife....who was at home with a "hair emergency ". Maybe the receipt will reflect who was on the register at that time?

I’ve been coming here pretty often for a few years now and most of the things they recommend me are never true. It feels like the employees are just there to push you to buy things and insist it’ll work, and then it never does. Or at least that’s how it was for me recently. As an example, I’ve had countless employees here persuade me so hard to buy a certain color remover and for some reason I always give in and buy it. It literally never works or does anything. I tell them that and they just refuse to believe it’s true and won’t stop talking about how good it is. It really just seems like the employees don’t know much about hair and just try to sell you certain brands. This one worker also would not stop convincing me to get a bunch of add ons like shampoos snd color sealers and stuff. An
