After my massage, I decided to swing by Sally's to see if they had Zoya brand nail polish. No luck there, so I checked out their nail section for a good non-toxic option. The atmosphere and shopping experience were both fantastic! I was greeted warmly, got some helpful advice, and was cheerfully cashed out. I ended up buying a Dashing Diva glaze LED semi-cured gel mani/pedi kit in light blue. It comes with semi-cured gel nail polish that you stick on and cure with the included LED light. The kit has enough polish for both fingers and toes, extras for different sizes, and even includes the LED lamp—all for just $15.99! One of the employees told my girlfriend, who is a brunette, that temporary hair dye would work perfectly with her hair. She, trusting that employee, bought two bottles of bubblegum pink. When we put it in her hair, instead of making it pink, it became a slightly darker shade of brown. When we went to another Sally Beauty, the employee there explained to us that temporary dyes only work on hair lighter than the shade you’re intending to achieve. We don’t understand why the employee at this location lied to us.

The store it self is awesome, but my problem is with the staff. The worker with the short black hair! Shes super rude, and snappy. She followed me around, acting like I was stealing. I was very upset / embarrassed over it. Peeping around the corners at me. She needs to be addressed about her manners. Thanks!!

The Manager, Ann, was Awesome…very nice, professional, ton of integrity and very thoughtful…& also her Associate, Liz, was also very nice! Both ladies made my day..with their ‘genuine’ care and concern. Very much appreciated!
