Betsy saved my proposal by recommending me the perfect press on nail glue!!! So friendly over the phone and in-person, and she got me exactly what I needed. A+ customer service at a fantastic price!!

I came in yesterday afternoon 10.07.24 with a horrific bright red hair (originally wanted a dark red) and the young lady working there was absolutely wonderful! She guided me in the right direction and even recommended this guacamole deep moisturizing hair mask packet. She was so great I ended up buying the little tub of the hair mask.. I applied the hair dye and mask and my hair is saved! Thank you thank you thank youuuu! I tried checking my receipt for her name but unable to find it.

All these reviews are LIES I have been to this place a few times and it's always closed. I went there today it says open till 8pm it was closed bars and gates all locked up!!!

I freaking love this store they make me feel so comfortable there help me with all my questions they don't pressure me they don't sit here and act like they know what they're talking about very friendly and nice

My experience was absolutely BAD! The staff,were texting, others talking, never acknowledged I came in, They looked directly at me,continued to chat. NO GREETING OR WELCOME. .3 professional beauty consultant, not one was helpful, I wasn't given my discount, that I paid for, with my SALLY CARD. .She forgot, then said, U only lost 40 cents..I put back items, I was so angry, so I bought the hair color only. I explained my concern, they act as if I had the problem, I contacted the corp office, NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD... I've been going to this SALLYS, since it opened. And there's alot of turn over with the staff.. I haven't been in since, I only use Ion hair items, So, I go to another store..SHAME ON YOU SALLY HEADQUARTERS! SOMEBODY NEEDS TO TROUBLE SHOOT SITUATIONS..Ur in my community.
