I popped in to grab some hair dye and the sales rep was super helpful. I was shooting for a color similar to her locs and she showed me the colors that she used along with recommending other products that I may need. Top notch service 👌🏾

This was on 2/23/2025 and started around 3:45pm. The woman with dark, short, curled hair with red/pink highlights was wonderful to me and very helpful. The man at the register however was looking for a confrontation and trying to get a reaction out of me because of the type of vehicle I showed up in. I just let him say all the ignorant, uneducated things he wanted while the nice lady I mentioned at the beginning, helped me find what I was looking for. I killed him with kindness and went about my fabulous day. I don’t know who hurt you boo boo but maybe you should focus more on your job and less on insulting customers.

I went to the one in Rincon on May 10, 2025 and the ladies was acting funny. I'm n African American woman. When I asked what was in some of the relaxers they said they didn't know and blew me off. I found one box and showed them and again they blew me off. Very bad customer service. I'm one unhappy customer

Stop by today to return/exchange trimmers I purchased a week ago. The male cashier proceeded to tell me they did not take clippers back when a female worker very rudely jumped in. I asked her to explain what she meant because she said it so fast and nastytoned. After continuing with my return she hops off the register counter she had made her seat and walked off. I have never been treated so rudely in this store. I did her a favor and made sure to tell her to watch her tone when speaking to customers!

I had a good experience! The customer service was great. Rebecca was very friendly, I felt comfortable (not rushed or overwhelmed) taking her product recommendations. My scalp is usually sensitive. I just started using what she recommended, and so far, so good!
