Sally Beauty

I was in a great mood until I was serviced by a Michelle at 6:20pm at the Richmond Hgts. location. I greeted her and excused myself asking where their curl rods were, she told me with an unwelcoming tone. I forgot my wallet outside and when I return, she was still rude. She made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is the only Sally's that I experience this. I will continue to just go to my neighborhood location. But Michele, who said she was the manager and said there's no contact information for corporate need better customer service etiquette or DEI training if Sally's offers.

Ashley Y. was incredibly helpful. I’ve been doing my own hair for over a decade now, but there are still questions I forget to ask. I came in 20 minutes before closing and she was both welcoming and super educated. Questions I’ve had for so long were answered quickly and she made sure I left with exactly what I needed. I didn’t feel over-sold, just properly prioritized. Someone get this lady a higher position.

"Michele" or whatever is an extremely rude and horribly unprofessional store manager who doesn't even know her own store policies. She barked at me when I was trying to return a spray hair color which she claimed was empty (and it wasn't even.. ) but it literally is written online that you can return a color even if it's totally used up. Cleared it up with customer service and I was right. So yeah michele, you DON'T know the policy..

We came here and had questions, we had done research online and had some information. We brought this information with us when we went to the store. The lady at the store told us what we read online was wrong and said she knew from personal experience that her way of doing things was the correct way. Well she was WRONG. Her advice ruined my girlfriend’s hair and from this point forward we will be boycotting this store and all other Sally Beauty. Trust what you read online not what these inexperienced unprofessional workers tell you. This place also has jacked up prices. $4 more than Amazon and DOUBLE the price of our local beauty store. We paid 13.99 for a product that was 5.99 at A&A Beauty Supply. My advice to you is avoid Sally Beauty. Their corporate greed has devastated their business

Customer service is off at this store. I went to store a last week, and the girl saw that I was on the phone. I told her, I didn’t need help and she continued to follow me around, and almost harass me! Leave me alone! I go to Sally’s to support the business, but in reality I can buy these products on Amazon, Ultra, or any other beauty supply store! I don’t have to shop at Sally’s! The staff needs to back off customers and quit profiling people who you think will steal! I probably won’t go to this location anymore! There’s one in Shrewsbury not far away, I’ll go there! I have already been seeing Sally’s stores closing; it would be ashamed if this location closed because of lost of business! I don’t have to time for that negative energy! If this is the way Sally’s operates, I’ll take my b
