Sally Beauty

I went to Sally Beauty today to buy a hair color. The girl was helping me is super nice her name is Ozi. I definitely going back again.

On August 15, I visited the store to purchase Demi Wella hair color, but I will never return. I have been a long-time customer. The clerks' repeated inquiries about whether I needed assistance felt insincere; it seemed more like a way to check if customers were stealing. This made me feel very uncomfortable, prompting me to leave quickly. Although I intended to buy more items, I left after purchasing only the hair colors.

The customer service at this location sucks. Yesterday I bought 3 Ardell magnetic lashes and one duo lash glue. They had a sale of buy two Ardell items and get one free. Duo was not on sale. The lash glue I purchased was dried out so I went to exchange it. I tried to get the same one but the others were also dried out, so I found another lash glue - same brand and same price. Well the clerk insisted that I had to pay a three dollar difference, because her system said I got it on sale when I didn’t. My receipt clearly says that I paid full price for it. After going back-and-forth for a while I told her to return everything and that it was really messed up that Sally was willing to lose $30 sale over a $3 difference. Came in to look around at nail polish and Erin was super helpful with letting know the current sales. My boyfriend asked her about hair clippers and Erin helped him pick out a great set he can’t wait to use. Erin was so sweet and attentive, she had some personal recommendations and was very honest about products she has never used. Best customer service I’ve had, ever. Thank you so much Erin!

The girl with green hair was very helpful, and she answered all my questions with patience. I walked in different Sally stores and the customer service really depends. I’m glad they have that girl there today to help me out.
