The workers here really know they're stuff and are super kind and extremely helpful. Boston, who helped me tonight, went above and beyond. Best thing named Boston and that's including the band. Can't wait to come back once my hair is done and show it off. Highly recommended. 6/5 stars.

There was a very kind and helpful employee (she had blue hair I didn't catch her name) there yesterday 1/31/25 to help me with waxing questions and product recommendations. She was great and very knowledgeable!

I have never been a customer of this business myself but they have the friendliest employees I have personally seen in a long time. I was sitting outside of their current location waiting for my phone to be repaired by a business next store and one employee checked on me to make sure I was okay. I definitely recommend this business even though I have never been a customer! Please show your support to them because there are not many businesses with employees that friendly and kind anymore in this world!

I asked if they had color oops so I could remove previous color from my hair. All they had was punky color color off. I saw a video of someone online use this and they said it was bleach. So I decided to ask the lady here if it contained bleach, she read the box, opened it up and read everything inside of it. Saying it wasn't bleach. It indeed was bleach and it ruined my hair. It's patchy as all hell now. Don't bother asking them any questions. They clearly don't know anything and you might as well get answers from YouTube
