I would give a 5 star rating because some of the ladies that work there are really nice and you can tell enjoy their jobs. But in the last 3 weeks that my daughters and me have been coming to the store there’s a tall man that works there that has a very strong and very unpleasant odor. The first time I said maybe he was running late to work and didn’t have time to shower but every time we have gone in the store and he’s been there the stench coming of him is very strong and very very unpleasant! This is not a good look for a place that sells beauty products. I’m not sure how the ladies can work in that smell all day.

Says they are open at 8:am it’s 10:00 am . Store is completely closed. People waiting by their doors and in their car. Not a reliable store to shop at.

Update as of 2024 - A lot has changed from this review. I feel more welcomed and always assisted when I walk into Sally. Customer Service has truly improved. IT is still my last resort stop, since a lot of the items I need are not here but now more enjoyable. 2018 Review 1 star: I absolutely dislike shopping here, but when I need something last minute this is where I go and I mean EXTREMELY last minute. Every time I go into this store, I barely receive good customer service. I barely am greeted, whether coming into the store or when up at the register.** I will say maybe 1 or 2 people who work here actually assist me and greet me when i come in and thank me when I leave.** I am not asked if I found what I am looking for when I am at the register, and there is no conversation. This dominican lady stood behind me waiting for me to pick something to purchase, I feel pressured shopping here.

The cashier feels it's ok to be rude to people and lay hands on minors. Not including the fact her man for some reason has to hang out there during her shift and also attack customer 0/10 don't recommend going here. Better locations elsewhere and better customer service.
