Poor Experience due to Employee Negligence Resulting in Damages- My son and I were shopping today at Sally Beauty in Raynham, and there was wet pink hair dye on a shelf that my 16 year old brushed against with his new Ralph Lauren shirt. When I notified an employee, her response was “mmm what did your son do?” My response was “my son did NOTHING- there was WET PINK HAIR DYE ON A SHELF that GOT ON HIS SHIRT AND I DON’T WANT IT TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE”. No apology from her, just kept walking talking to a Dollar Tree employee who stopped in the store. Upon checkout, our experience did not Get any better. Some good deals but aot if the products are very expensive.

I am visiting here on vacation, and I had a wonderful experience at Sally Beauty in Raynham. The associates were very kind, and they helped me choose the right eyelash products, which made my shopping easy. There was an associate with beautiful auburn-red hair who was especially nice. She spoke French, and that made it much easier for me to explain what I wanted! Because of her help and the great service, my visit there was really enjoyable!

I want to take a moment to recognize Natasha at Sally’s in Raynham for her outstanding service. She has a fantastic work ethic and is always attentive to her customers needs. Natasha goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled with care, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. It’s refreshing to come across someone who is both professional and personable she truly makes the shopping experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Natasha!

I came to this Sally’s twice this week each time they closed the store before the closing time. Then today some emo employee YELLED!!! At me saying they were closed but the website and the door said 8pm. Fix your hours and your employees.
