Just walk in and grab what you need. Don’t even let them talk to you. If you take their advice instead of going with your intuition and own hair knowledge (if you went to school and have that or are self taught), you’ll end up spending over $100 on your hair instead. And they stand next to you awkwardly saying “omg I’m not a purple person but yeah I’d go with purple” while you’re actually asking for advice- so I chose what I wanted and left, thinking my hair may currently be too dark for these, I would’ve thought since we discussed whether or not my hair was light enough to be toned, and she said no (which I had also thought and was thankful for the confirmation) she would have said something regarding the tone of purple since I’m asking - no comments. Now I’m back buying the dark purple

signage has been down for the last few months due to shopping center renovation. So you might have missed the store. It's fantastic. Wonderful Beauty prices. I love the store-brand Palladino eyeliner. So Soft goes on so smooth.

I had to go to this location because the one closer to me closed down but I had a genuinely good experience. I walked in and picked what I needed. The cashier helped all my questions and she was really nice! Small shop that has what you need, I love the iroiro selection there.

Sales associate that helped me,DID NOT IN FACT HELP ME. I asked if the lorel Hi color for brunettes needed a developer she said no. I used it a few years ago and didnt remember so I only bought that. Later while explaining to my bestfriend who is a professional hair stylist in another state she told me It bbn would be a waste of money using the product without the developer. Idk if she honestly didnt know but there needs to be some education because not everyone who walks in there knows what they need and I would assume its your job to know and help assist.

This store has awesome customer service. I went in with a plan to de-ombre my hair. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me come up with a plan and find exactly what I needed. I will definitely be going back!
