I was there last weekend and the cashier with the dark brown hair was absolutely amazing! She suggested all of the hair dyes,toners, etc that I needed to get my hair back to platinum blonde. I spent less than $50 for all of the products and her suggestions turned out better than any salon has ever done with my hair! Thank you for being so knowledgeable & for not making me feel stupid for not knowing anything!

I have always came to this Sally’s because it’s close to me. I’ve never had a problem until today (3/28/2023). When I walked in there was no one in the store. I heard an employee walking to the front and she asked me if I was looking for anything. When I said no, she seemed irritated and uninterested. The rest of the time I shopped, she stood next to the register with her phone playing videos with the sound up. I decided to not purchase anything and I left and said “ have a good day” and she said “mhm” and walked straight back into the back room. Probably will go to another Sally’s in the future.

I love this location- not just because it's always clean and orderly, but also because the employees are ALWAYS so nice and helpful!! I've been to a couple of other locations where the employees are less than helpful, and obviously not happy at their job.... I do get disappointed with the Radcliff location sometimes though, because they don't have a lot of products in stock that I need but also that's beyond their control, if they don't get the product, they can't stock it 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyway my last visit on Saturday June 11, 2022 around 11:30-11:45 a.m. - the MOST amazing woman was working and she was so super helpful, and she had the greatest smile!

I was at the radcliff sally this past weekend, when I over heard a VERY inappropriate conversation. I listened for a min & she was talking bad about an ex? I waited and went up to the register & asked for a manager when to my surprise the MANAGER was the one having that inappropriate conversation. I do believe she was on a phone having the conversation I over heard as there was not another employee around. I don’t know bout yall but ick. Won’t be wondering in there again.

There is a good selection of products here and i was able to find everything i was looking for in one spot. Most things were reasonably priced but i didn't see much of a clearance selection. The staff were incredibly friendly, made wonderful suggestions and were incredibly knowledgeable on their products. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good selection of products at a fair price with many insider perks!
