I haven't always had the best experience at this location, but tonight was the best experience I've had thanks to Dalton! Dalton took the time to listen to my concerns, and went thr extra mile picking things out that would be a benefit to me. Ya'll can say that it's their job, but Ill tell you this Dalton was AMAZE BALLS!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Not to mention uplifting and down to earth. Dalton not only made sure my pre hair care was taken care of, but asked questions to make sure any after care was taken care of!! Thanks Dalton!!

I had a bad time at this location. The products recommended to me left my curls super dry and brittle. I tried to give the product enough time to work but it just didnt happen. The associate was rude and didnt seem to want to help me, I wont be taking hair advice from Micah again. Just a heads up!

The manager was so so helpful and knowledgeable of all the products I needed for doing my own highlights at home. I left feeling confident in the process and with the products they recommended for me:) they are doing an amazing job helping our community stay beautiful😉

Had an employee help me with my hair a lot! Tea tree oil shampoo and avocado oil! Greatly improved the quality of my hair :)! If you need actually helpful advice ask for Primrose!

went pickup something for my daughter-in-law asked if i wanted to open account said no thank you, walking out the door seen it was the wrong item i asked if i could return it and get the right item she said yes she went and got what i need i handed her back the receipt and was told that I can't unless I setup account with them. I said why just got it had the receipt she gave me. I don't want to share my information with them. so let you know you can't exchange or return to them unless you are going to setup account with them. The item i got was 8 dollars the item i was getting was 18 dollars more money for them. So lost more money today and any feature business from me as well and I just ordered the same thing from Amazon for 5 dollars.
