Sally Beauty

Went to get gel nail polish items. The shelves barely had anything. A lot of the polishes were in the wrong place. The person working there saw me walking back & forth, picking up polishes & putting them back & never bothered to ask if I needed help. Once I got to the register I asked if I needed anything else to diy gel nails....her reply was I don't know 🤨 im pretty sure if they weren't playing on their phones & gave more attention to the products in the store they would know more information on the items they sell there

Store was sloppy nothing in order and you had the annoyance of three young girls talking and giggling loudly, f-bombing every other other word, not asking anyone if they wanted help and being rude to paying customers. They hid on the floor by the registers, kinda weird, made people feel u welcome. Definitely will not be going back to this Sally's !

Today I went to Sally's to buy hair dye and I got the ion color brilliance brand. My friend and I opened it and one was white and one was pink, we didn't know if it was supposed to be like that so we called and were met with barely an answer so they told us to come in. We went in and exchanged the one and it was still white so we asked the woman working (I didn't catch her name) and she was extremely rude. It was pretty obvious that she didn't know what she was talking about (neither did I) but she was giving us "information" in a really rude way. I don't usually write reviews because I understand that life happens but this honestly upset me because this woman was very snappy with us and all we did was ask a question. As a professional stylist I will find myself running to Sally's in emergencies. Disappointment sets in many times as they don't carry enough of one product. Finding myself going to another place to get what I'm in need of. Which saddens me since sally a as the place to go.

The associates are very knowledgeable and helpful every single time I need help fixing my coloring mistakes! I was most recently helped by Abby, who was lovely and very patient.
