Recently I decided on a fixed income to lighten my hair. Two trips to the dollar store left my hair looking like shit was dumped on my head. I visited your location which I've done in the past. And purchased a color. That didn't work either. I went back and opted for bleach. Then returned for a toner. The girl working was amazing! Super helpful! And on the final trip in for the toner.....I was given her honest opinion and she was spot on. I've reached what I desired. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

I went to college for this I've done my hair since I was a child I am very known for doing good coloring and hair jobs the one time that I asked for advice at this store for a good color to put over green they tell me this crappy thing I did it over my green didn't do anything so I said okay I'll bleach my hair and I got it pretty bleached I'm not too worried about that brown you see but the rest of the color is a big disappointment it looks completely opposite from what the girl showed me there I wasted money buying this and now I have awful hair and I have no clue when I'll get it fixed cuz I don't have money out the wazoo that'll be my last time asking for advice

My boyfriend and I purchased these clippers and a couple super expensive pairs of scissors to cut our 4 year olds hair. The clippers are complete trash. They told us absolutely no returns or exchanges. Not a good way of doing business in my book. Do not buy these. Zero stars in my book wish I didn't have to give even 1. Will not be back. Lost a good customer. Hope the owner sees this.

This store and staff are absolutely amazing!!! They are always willing to answer my questions whether it be the silliest question to the most complicated they will do their best to try and answer them

Should have gotten their name but an individual with bright green hair made mine and my daughters experience shopping here the absolute best. I was assisted in picking out the right hair dyes for me and her. (Blue and pink) and made to feel very welcome. Usually stopping into a Sally’s is pretty unremarkable and I haven’t been by one in years. Will be back to this location for sure when my current color fades.
