Crystal is very knowledgeable about all the products and specials promotions. She is also very sweet and friendly. She is a doing a great job at Sally. Always a pleasure shopping here when Crystal is working.

I made a quick stop at this location because my natural 4b/4c hair desperately needed protection from this TX humidity…(I just got a silk press, the girls who get it..get it!) Paige was so amazing and kind to me! She greeted me from the back of the store and when she approached me she immediately understood the assignment! Thank youuuu, Paige, for taking your time to actually suggest and find the best anti-humidity product for me! I am leaving this review because my hair looks amazinnnnng and Paige was awesome AF!

I'd give zero but ya have to click on a star just to review. First, the place is not well stocked at all which one might expect with this plandemic. Asked a couple questions regarding items and lady at register seemed bothered by that. Turns out that lady is the manager was very rude not presentable at all and to top it off wants to sell me a bag to put my items in. Very worried about the environment. I'd say that lady needs to worry about her attitude and appearance.

Went there the other day and soon as I walked in the lady came way from the back as if I came to steal. I ask for a product y’all don’t have but u can’t tell anything about my hair that I don’t know and caught any attitude. This store use to be better now it’s going down and I gotta drive further to get better service

Waited over 12 minutes to checkout. Only one employee in the store and the clerk would not excuse herself from one customer who kept going on and on over additional products to check out the two people who were in line!! I left what I was going to purchase on the counter and walked away. If I had waited, it most likely have taken 20 minutes to checkout!! So very disappointed in the customer service.
