I recently just went into Sally’s because I was looking for a change with my hair color, but I wasn’t really sure what I wanted when I went. Dylan assisted me and he helped me decide what I should do and helped me pick the hair products I needed. Needless to say, i’m obsessed with my hair and Dylan’s customer service was 10/10! He’s literally the best!!

Sallys in pooler was closed yesterday around 4 to about 445. The sign said out to lunch for 30min. Now Im a little confused because from my understanding that shouldn't happen. Also on the mornings when it should be opened at 10am its not. Im not sure if a staffing issue is to blame or what but may someone please fix this.

Kim was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, kind, and extremely helpful during my visit. She helped to make sure I found everything I needed and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Customer service like hers makes me want to come back again. Thank you, Kim!

Went to this location instead of Rincon. As I was standing there talking to one employee about my hair situation, another employee with piercings all over her face walked in front of me and just stood there blocking my view. Both females were useless and basically told me I was on my own then proceeded to continue what they were doing. Thanks for nothing

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING FROM YOU!!!!! I was picking up an online order, I had paid online. I looked around for a while. I went to check out, and noticed additional charges. When I asked about the charges, she pulled out something from my bag that SHE ADDED. She did not once mention this product, show it to me, nothing. She added the product to my order without my knowledge, then tried to overcharge me for it. Luckily I caught it right before I swiped my card. I absolutely do not appreciate someone trying to trick me into buying something so they can get a commission. That is incredibly inappropriate and is THEFT. She tried to take advantage of me. You should do better.
