I have gone to this location manytimes, most of the time, it's fine.Except for when the older saleswoman is there, whose name I do not know. She's such an unpleasant person.It put me in such a bad mood.I will never go back.There are other sally's I could shop at.

Victoria was so helpful at the desk and so knowledgeable about all the questions I had. A bit pricey but I come here for the knowledgeable workers knowing that I will not leave unhappy. Even when I had question at home I called the store and they were happy to help me. Definitely recommend this location.

I just left this location and had to leave a positive review. Deanna and Melanie D. are phenomenal. They were so helpful and polite. Both made me feel very comfortable shopping there. I will be back because of them.

Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. The salesperson, named Adr***, had an unpleasant attitude and was often on her phone. Upon asking for help, she acted like I was annoying her. To give the benefit of the doubt, I expressed my dismay; that as she was apparently having a bad day, I would let it go. When she retorted having had a wonderful day—and yet gave the worst service in my over 20 years as a customer—it was therefore important to write this review. Please do better, Sally Beauty. The 2 stars are because I love the store, not for the service.

Dianna omg she is so sweet and kind and as soon as I walked in she greeted me with A smile and ask if I needed any help I told her I wanted to go dark she recommended me on of the colors she uses and answer all my questions she was A true gem and turns out that the color looks phenomenal loved it now all I need is A short haircut and I'm ready to grow A new hair lol 😆 💖 and she recommended A conditioner too gives high shyness loved it thank you beautiful appreciate it very much and my expierence that day was so happy because I had A rough day she made my day by making me smile appreciate it God bless ....
