I go here all the time for my regular products I buy to stock my wedding hair and makeup kit. The employees are so friendly and nice and always let me know what is on sale and have great suggestions when I ask them about other name brand products I buy if I need something similar last minute. This location is always clean and well stocked. Despite being in a busy plaza, I haven't had any issues finding parking or getting in and out easily.

I went today 2/9/2022 to the Sally's store in Federal Hway To exchange a hair color product The fist girl was very nice and help very good The second one wow I am in shock she went all the way to help and help very nice and helpful She knew the products very well and she had very much knowledge was she was talking about Her name is Sophia 👏👏👏 I will most definitely go back there again Only one thing my hair color product has never went on sale..I used to buy 2 get one free or other deals Are they ever going to be?

Bought a trimmer that was recommended by the staff there and I originally wanted another one and I tried it and did not leave a clean lineup. Went to exchange it for the one I originally wanted and they did not exchange it. The lady tells me all sales are final for trimmers .. the person that recommended the trimmer was not working and the lady did not exchange it for me. 1day after I buy it. Horrible

Good variety of products for great prices. They had a lot of 50% off and buy 2 get 1 free deals. Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely return.

This was my first and last time at this store! I've never been upset enough to leave a review, but this was ridiculous. The girl with green hair seemed completely uninterested and irritated in my needing help. She was very rude while I was checking out - as if it's a problem she had to do her job! I won't be coming back to this location. It's worth the extra hour it'll add to my trip to go to the Fort Lauderdale store instead.
