The store manager! Wow! So rude didn’t want to do my exchange with my online receipt picked up at this location not a door dash order. Act as if my receipt didn’t work went to the back pulled a file with receipts from that day which my order was on 12/27 product was drying my daughters hair just wanted to swap. Called customer service Jay was super helpful he too was confused. During this event she said let me explain to you in Spanish while I’m speaking English. When she was told to do the credit she then said she didn’t have any store credits to put the credit on. Then offered to put it on my card I said no I wanted a store credit she had her workers look in the back of the store to find a card. Jan, Jane whatever her name is older lady very shorty hair. Total dweeb!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sally Beauty location in Poinciana. When you walk in, no one greets you or acknowledges you. The staff seems more focused on their phones than on helping customers. Several employees also struggle to understand basic English, which makes it extremely difficult to ask questions or get assistance. When I tried to ask about products, they didn’t seem to know what they sell or how to help, and no one made an effort to find answers. Customer service here is very poor. I left feeling ignored and frustrated. A beauty supply store should have knowledgeable, attentive staff — unfortunately, this location does not. Terrible experience

I went today, and Ruth was super helpful. I was looking for a gift for my moms birthday and as a guy we arent the best at finding the best gifts at times. Ruth guided me on the right direction and got my mom some hair care products that she ended up LOVING! Definitely recommending this store to every female in the family. Ask for ruth!

I went today and had terrible Customer service experience from the moment I walked in the store the three girls that work there were chit chatting and they looked at me didn’t even address me and continue to talk like I wasn’t even there.None of the three girls asked if I needed help but had the time to browse through product for themselves. once I got to the register no one came to even ring me up for my items I had to grab their attention and it looked like I was the one who was interrupting them from gossiping. Manager needs to do better with who they hire
