My younger sister and I are going through our blonde hair endeavors, and Mr. Luis was absolutely so helpful! He really took the time to make sure we knew what products were going on to our hair and told us step by step on what we need to do to reach our hair goals! I’ve have been to many Sally locations and this one is great, the staff and all :)

People clearly haven’t left a review on this place in a while or maybe the General Managers are deleting them but one thing is for sure I will never return to this location or another Sally’s ever again. It is painfully obvious that no one there is a true professional (I doubted my cosmetology teacher when she said Sally’s doesn’t hire pros but I believe her now). I went in for blonde hair extensions so that I could dye them to have a simple pop of color in my hair when not at work and the lady gave me what she recommended plus the dye. I blindly trusted her since she worked there and I figured she knew what she was doing. Well I was wrong to trust her. She gave me a pack of synthetic hair but I didn’t realize that until I had gotten home and had already applied the hair dye. I had called

I stopped by the other day after a very long time not shopping here and was helped by the most professional employee named Brooke. She was absolutely amazing and Sally’s is very lucky to have an employee like her that is so knowledgeable and personable. She definitely made my shopping experience a 10/10.

I go there all the time , but yesterday I was rushing over there due to I got out of work late I got there at 7:55 i seen the customer getting help so I thought it was open I go to the door the door is locked I already knew what to get the worker didn’t let me in which didn’t make no sense because she was literally helping a customer while the door is locked and there was still five minutes until closing that was so disappointing.

I just want to thank The beautiful Manager & Liz for an amazing experience this morning at Sally’s. The smiles, professionalism & great customer service was above & beyond. Looking forward to you attending our grad night :)
