They keep the covid safety requirements! They were helpful finding me products for my gluten free lifestyle! I really appreciated that! I usually use Plaistow NH or Seabrook Nh locations.

I was there in the past few days and the employee a brunette, did not pay attention to me, I waited for her and then a young American woman arrived and she immediately stopped and began to attend to her, without paying attention to my friend or me; when we saw this we left and she did not turn to stop us or give us an excuse. She is very rude and ironically racist, being Latina too! Maybe the American lady was going to give her more tip, possibly!

Wow this store lately is weird, their is a really rude hostile male cashier, he is unnecessarily rude, this time I was paying for my items I opened the powder to make sure it wasn't broken after he had put it in the bag and he yelled at me like I was a kid "we don't open that here!" Excuse me what? Sally even returns products you have used if it doesn't fit your needs, he wasn't even helpful in asking if I needed finding something witch I did and didn't even asked because It felt so hostile. Other then him the other employees are kind and helpful. People like him make customers just order online and stores be closing if we go in the store and customer experience is what keeps you coming back, but if this guy is like this I rather just order online next time.

Know what you want before going. Staff was very unhelpful even after watching me struggle to decide for 10 min. Don't go in there if you need help with selection.

I want to compliment this store and especially Robin, who helped my daughter and I. My daughter was shopping for her practical exam for her esthetician's license. We had an extensive list and Robin helped us find everything we needed. She spent a lot of time with us, and made excellent suggestions that helped my daughter look professional at her board exam. Robin was friendly and professional and the store had everything we needed.
